This event is the launch night for the upcoming five-week study series, looking into 400 years of history by reviewing the NY Times 1619 podcast series.
A Little Bit About the 5-Week Series
In the weeks following members of the Black Network will facilitate weekly discussions of each week’s assigned episode. The weekly discussions have limited spots to allow for more deeper conversations and insight sharing to occur more freely.
It is highly recommended, but not required, to attend each week. However, participants will be expected to listen to the assigned podcast before joining that week’s discussion.
