Add to cartDetailsORA Membership levels are based on the number of full-time equivalent staff in your company. This is the total number of full-time equivalent CLINICIANS doing work for your organization (don’t count admin staff). 1.0 FTE is a clinician who works 5 days per week (or bills 25-35 hours per week) for your organization, regardless of whether they are an employee or independent contractor. So someone who works 1 day per week (or bills 5-7 hours per week) would be 0.2 FTE, someone who works 3 days per week (or bills 15-21 hours per week) would be 0.6 FTE, etc. For example, if you have one full-time clinician and two half-time clinicians, your total FTE equals 2.0.
