| Dear colleagues,This survey is intended as a big-picture, broad-strokes health-check on the auto insurance sector. Findings will be shared with ORA members and those members from participating associations. Findings will be used to identify members’ needs and to fuel our government and regulator advocacy.
We would like to hear from practitioners (such as sole providers, independent contractors) and companies who bill insurers directly. Membership in one of the participating associations is not required to participate. If you do not bill an insurance company directly for your services, there is no need for you to complete this survey. We ask respondents to identify themselves and their organizations to ensure the integrity of the data. Survey results will be aggregated and treated confidentially, with fewer than four people having access to the full report and respondents’ identities. The survey report will be shared with members of participating associations and upon request to [email protected].
